End to end Email creation workflow
In this section you will find a training plan to learn how you can optimize and publish your digital materials into the execution platforms, in order they are delivered to health care professionals, making the most of the whole company ecosystem to create quality materials compliantly.

Each channel course is divided in two Mini Modules, going through the creation and publication process workflow.
To complete each level you must:
- Watch the webinar session
- Click on the Lab exercise link and download it by clicking on the cover of the material in PromoMats
- Follow the instructions to create your material with Assembler
Mini-Modules must be done in order, next level only can be done completing the previous. After completing each level your Certification and Diploma can be requested.
How to login on Veeva Vault PromoMats
Your learning journey will start in Veeva Vault PromoMats:
- Open a new tab in Google Chrome browser and go to login.veevavault.com.
- Login with a general student account and password that you can find by clicking here. If you don’t have access to the accounts file is because of security reasons, please request it by making a request in MARCAPS Support Center and we will send them to you privatelly.
Note: Assembler tool and Veeva Vault PromoMats are continuously evolving and being updated to enhance user experience and functionality. As a result, when doing your Lab exercises you may notice differences in their interfaces compared to the recorded training sessions, but main functionalities remain intact.
