I’m having trouble locating a Reusable Layout that I’ve added to the document components. Can you help me figure out why it’s not visible?

• There is a possibility that you can see an Asset that is a Reusable Layout in the document components, but you can see it in the Reusable Layout menu after opening the document in Assembler. In this case, check:
  • The asset is a .json file (a Reusable Layout is a .json file)
    • In this case, the asset is a valid .json file. Please, we recommend to complete the following steps:
      • Find the asset in PromoMats.
      • Select as a favorite and/or include it in the Shopping Cart
      • Open the document in Assembler. Check the Reusable Layout menu on the right side of the screen.
      • Suppose you do not see the Reusable layout. Please click on the refresh option at the bottom of the menu.
