How to reuse and adapt images that live in Veeva Vault PromoMats?

Assembler Ready vs Non-Assembler Ready

To re-use content from Veeva Vault PromoMats inside Assembler, the first thing is to differentiate an Assembler ready content from Non-Assembler ready content.

An Assembler ready content will only be Materials classified as Story Cards or Starter Templates. Or Components classified as Images, Content Unit and Text Collection.

• In particular, Images should have 2 renditions Source and Low:
  • Low rendition (.png/.jpg): this rendition is needed for Assembler and digital materials (e.g Emails), in addition it does not need to overcome 6MG.
  • Source file (.psd/.ai file): to ensure that the image does not lose quality

• You can make and image Assembler ready by downloading the Source file from PromoMats:
