I’m not able to send my project for review

To send a project for review your user profile must fulfill the requirements to be a job owner and be the job owner of this particular project.I’m not able to send my project for review after request content

In the development process of a project, you can request this content to delegate to third-party members to follow and participate using the request content feature. If the delegate commits twice an upload source file, the project change the status to draft again. The characteristics of this status doesn’t allow you to send for review despite the project is ready to be reviewed. To solve it, click on the grey arrow icon near the project title. A status window will be displayed. Press the action gear icon to check and accept this last version. With this simple step, you will be able to send for review the project.
