How to submit an Issue Ticket in MARCAPS

Option 1: Submit a ticket

If you couldn’t find your answer in our help articles and video tutorials regarding Assembler, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Digital Asset Management or Automation please submit a ticket in our MARCAPS Support Center. The corresponding area expert will address your issue, request or idea.

  1. Type the topic into the search bar or directly click on the area you need support.
  2. Select the type of help you need between the options displayed.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the form. Important: the more information and detail you add, the faster we can attend to your issue!
  4. Click on “Send” and look out for updates sent directly to your email address.
