Local Marketing teams create meeting materials that contain the same information yet are created and approved individually. This leads to wasted effort, time, and cost.

The Magic Form eliminates the need for individual creation and approval of meeting materials by capturing all meeting information in one form, enabling one document to go through the approval process, then many materials being created from the Magic Form to preapproved channel templates.

The Magic Form provides a dynamic form customized to each market based on their specific requirements.

The Magic Form utilizes Nintex Forms to connect to a back-end SharePoint list and Power Automate workflow. The back-end SharePoint list is organized into required columns and tables that utilizes Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to map the variable meeting content from the Nintex form to the Assembler Master Content template in PromoMats, creating the viewable rendition file for review / approval. Once approved, all materials initially selected in the Magic Form can be auto-created in PromoMats along with the Production Package files.
