Save as Draft or Upload for Review

Once the Magic Form is complete, users can Save as Draft or Upload the Document for PromoMats Review. 

➢ Save As Draft or Upload for Review button by scrolling to the bottom of the Magic Form and selecting the appropriate radio button: 

➢ Save as Draft notification: “HH Automation” will send an email confirmation “Magic Form Template has been saved”, with a link back to the form: 

➢ Upload for Review: A warning message is displayed: no further edits are allowed to the event until the Magic Form bot sends an email notification that the Master Content Card has been created or updated.

➢ Upload for Review Notification: “HH Automation” will send an email confirmation “Magic Form Submission”. This notifies the bot to start creating the Master Content Card in PromoMats. (Materials are estimated take approximately 25-30 min to create)
