- Take a look to this Portal start up process and contact us in modularcontent@merck.com for planification support. We will help you find the best solution for organizing your content in your Portal.
- Then we can help you to make a final request in our MARCAPS Support Center with your final setting description.
New roles definition
- Content Steward: This role manages a specific Portal. Publishing unrestricted approved assets. This role also can view and edit assets from other users of his market, which are in Draft status. Therefore they can monitor/support as needed or work in collaboration with another user to produce a material.
- Asset Librarian: This role can manage Components , approving them for Use and administrating right records.
