Publish in Portal

All the content made in a country or region can be published in its own Portal by the Content Steward assigned. The unique requirement is the component or material should be approved: approved for use in the case of components and approve for distribution in the case of materials.

To publish in the country/region Portal, content steward should open the asset and click on edit. Scroll down and find the segment in the metadata called “Portal Details. Fill the field called “Portal” or choose between the options displayed by pressing on the binoculars.
