Promotional Content Recommendations v.1.2.0 Release Notes

Find below the enhancements that have been applied in the new release:

• Preferences form contains more options of approval time:

• Preferences form provides the possibility to select the number of recommendations a user wants:

• The data for the picklists (e.g. product, country etc.) has been updated to reflect the Veeva PM data set, and the values in the picklists are sorted alphabetically:

• The Preferences form contains the introductory paragraph with the links to the Video guide and Content Capabilities website. Also, it contains the Help link to the distribution list where DC dev team is included in case of any issues or questions.

• In case the user has an alternative email to login to Veeva PM, system starts using this alternative email to gather Veeva PM audit logs and share more relevant content recommendations.
• The alignment of the title and the message once the recommendation is submitted are improved.
• The email template is improved.
