Promotional Content Recommendations v.1.4.0 Release Notes

• Support content recommendations on Safari browser
  • PCRN had issues while opening on Safari browser for previous releases. Now it is fixed. PCRN works properly on Chrome and Safari.
• Implemented updates required for Veeva DNS change
  • Due to DNS changes on Veeva side, Veeva link used for PCRN purposes was updated from https://merck-promomats-ghh.veevavault.com/  to https://msd-promomats-ghh.veevavault.com/ 
• Updated the link to Content Recommendations ‘How To’ pages
  • PCRN survey form includes updated link to ‘How to pages’ (https://contentcapabilities.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/191/2023/11/Content_Recommendations_Complete_3.mp4)
• [Jedi] Handle the case for reporting in case there is a recommendation for non-active users
  • Currently, if the report range contains the recommendation for non-active user, the report is broken.
  • System will add ISID into the Name column and keep empty Email and Department for the recommendations for non-active users in version 1.4.
• [Jedi] Time in the report to be shown in GMP
  • [Jedi] now report will display the date in GMP format instead of Form Timestamp and Email Click.
• [Jedi] Updated the format for email salutation
  • Jedi email header now has the following format:
    • Hi [Name],Great job!
• [Jedi] Shows the content on Jedi Survey form without scrolling for standard Merck laptop characteristics (150% scaling, 1920 x 1080 display resolution).
• [Jedi] Updated the distribution list for Jedi weekly report
  • Jedi weekly reports will be sent to vc_reports@merck.com instead of VC_Reports@NorthAmerica.msx.merck.com
