Mobile Email Image Adjustments

• The change is applied for the selected image in the mobile presentation only
• If mobile settings are unchecked, there is no change to the current proportional mobile image resizing  
• If mobile settings are checked then the default settings displayed are applied.  The default size is 100%, i.e. full width of the cell.
• User can change the size of the image from 10% to 100% in increment of 5.
• User can set horizontal alignment to be different from the desktop image.
