Searching in Vault Library

What is the Vault Library?

Inside Veeva Vault PromoMats Library commonly known as Vault Library, users can find all the assets stored in the database no matter which their lifecycle’s status, country, brand, document type are: references, newsletters, presentations, videos, clinical studies… Open Promomats and click on LIBRARY in the Home Page.

Search field

Is the most powerful tool for finding documents in Vault. Start typing inside the search box and our search engine immediately suggests possible matches based on all document fields including name, type and product. Choose a suggested document or click Search to view the full set of search results. 

Search a Material by Document Number

To search and find any asset hosted in the Vault library, select All library on the views panel and use the search field placed in the top bar. Users can reduce the range of the search to the recent library, their own Library, their favorites…The different views, filter the search. Keep in mind if users type the document number in an incomplete or vague way on the search field, the results may fail:

The document ID or document Number is a unique identifier that every asset has assigned. You can find the Document Number by opening any asset and reviewing the Information panel. The Document number is below the name.

Search a Material by Name

Users can find assets hosted in Vault Library by typing its name on the search field. Keep your search inside the All library view to recollect all the assets living in Veeva Vault PromoMats. You also can search in a particular view (favorites or own library for example).

Advanced search

When pressing the binoculars you can search using Title and Document number together, adding also the combination of most common filters such as Country, Status or Product.
