Shopping in Veeva Vault PromoMats: Resources

Localize a Global resource:

FROM GLOBAL RESOURCE TO BUILD A LOCAL PROMOTIONAL JOB

Key learnings:

To find the content I want for my promotional piece I will go to Portal tab, and select the Portal I am interested in, in this case it will be Global Portal.

Then I will need to select one of the Widgets, in this case, Resource Widget.

To refine the search you can filter by product/brand.

Already from the Resource’s tile you can “Make a Copy”
Name your project and change any necessary metadata to localize the resource to your market / region. When finished press “Save” and your project will be created.

You can download the Source File. Go to the top drop down menu, and select “Source File” document option, a .zip file will download with the document.

If your agency/creative team, has access to PromoMats, you just need to send them the Document Number, so they can access to the Source File themselves and download it.

Once your Agency/creative team has the final piece ready, we will upload it in the project using “Upload File” button and send it through the approval process.

Advantages:
