Shopping in Veeva Vault PromoMats: Starter Templates

Increase the quality and quantity of your campaigns reducing costs: Create a local promotional job from a Starter Template and selected Global content

First step is to select our product / brand using FILTERS menu, at left hand side

HINT: You can find the newest content by ordering the documents by “Newest first”

Open in full view the desired Starter Template

Press the “three dots icon” at the top and select “Make a Copy” option.

Name it as you wish and change any required metadata

…and once is saved, in a second step, please “Reclassify” the Material subtype to Material – Advertisement, Healthcare professional resource etc. choosing the correct subtype from the list.

If on the other hand, the user is building a Template adaptation from global,  the subtype classification “Material – Starter Template” is correct and doesn’t need to be changed.

Next step will be to add your favorite StoryCards in your project, to do so you will need to go to Related Material section and press the “plus” button.

A pop up will display, you must select “Favorites” in the drop down menu, and add to your project the wanted StoryCards using the blue “plus” button next to them.

So now in your project, you will have in Related Material, all your selected StoryCards.

Advantages:

– In case your agency/creative team has access to PromoMats, you can use the attachments section to upload a briefing for the agency.

From the top right “arrow icon” select the option “Request Revised Content”, type your agency email and a task will be sent to them together with a notification email.

Considerations to keep in mind: Agencies by default cannot view the linked Materials documents, such as StoryCards, for compliance reasons. To collaborate with your agency:

You can make a copy of each StoryCard and in Sharing setting section of the StoryCard add your agency as “Content Creator”.

Once the Agency/creative team has the final piece ready, they will upload it in the project, using “Upload File” button and will “Complete” the task, so the user will receive a notification email to review the result, and also complete it, or send changes.
