- First steps! Find the Global content
- Go to PromoMats and log in with your account. Select the Portal tab located in the main menu on the top of the screen. Among all the portals available, choose Global portal to find strategic, pre-approved global materials. Click on the StoryCard or StoryLine binder: both shows the same result from a different perspective.
Picking StoryCards through the StoryCard Widget
- A StoryCard communicates a single idea, and it is formed by small components of information: combining text and images. The StoryCard widget shows all the StoryCards, ordered by default from A to Z, mixing all brands and storylines. Consequently, by choosing this widget, users must apply in the Filters left panel, the Product filter.
- On the left side, users will find the FILTERS, with some pre-selected filters. Users can refine the search by adding new filters, clicking on the “pen icon” next to the filters’ title.
- Filter between the options to get the finest result.
Picking StoryCards through the Storyline Widget
- The StoryLines organize the content by patient segments, indications etc. depending on the brand communication strategy. Its structure is formed by Chapters and Subchapters. The StoryLine widget shows all the StoryLines, ordered by default from A to Z, mixing all brands.
- Filter by brand using the filters panel located on the left side
- Inside of StoryLine view the complete estructure at a glance, by clicking on “Expand all” in the top-right side inside the main area.
